At PENN&INK N.Y, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure your return is registered through our online portal to facilitate a smooth and timely refund process.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
